Orders:

Goods are normally dispatched next working day (working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays). If we are unable to send out your order for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.

Christmas Delivery

Standard delivery please order before 16th December.

Priority delivery please order before 19th December. 

Deliveries within the UK;

We use International Signed for Delivery £5.50

We use 1st Class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note: All our services require a signature on receipt. Normally, delivery is 1-3 working days, but may take longer at peak times, as we are totally dependant on the Post Office and couriers. This means that if you order on Monday you would normally receive it by Wednesday (Friday at the latest). If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.

Deliveries to Europe;

We use International Signed for Delivery £6.00

Deliveries to North America;

We use International Signed for Delivery £10.00.

Deliveries to Rest of the World;

We use International Signed for Delivery £15.00.

Please note: All our services require a signature on receipt. Orders should take between 5- 7 days, but may take longer at peak times, please allow 14 days before contacting ecobtq.com about your order.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges they may levy on foreign currency transactions.

If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible

 Customs Information

 When ordering goods from ecobtq.com for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please be advised that orders may be subject to inspection by customs officers, ecobtq.com have no control over this.

Contact your local customs office for more information, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply to the laws of the country you are in.
 

Non-Delivery:

Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with our couriers. As a guide if you haven't received your order within 3-4 days then please contact us.

Returns:

If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty, please contact us via the contact page, email us or call ecobtq as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, you may return the product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product (excluding the cost of delivery) if you contact us within 7 working days. In this case, products returned must still be new, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a refund of the price of the product. Any delivery charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund payment. You should call us for a return number before returning any item to enable us to process your return as quickly as possible. When you do return the product, always include daytime contact details and be sure you have receipt of postage.

Sales tax Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.

Payment methods

All orders must be paid for by the Paypal system that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Maestro. All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£) and the card company at their current exchange rates will convert credit card transactions for orders outside the UK.
